Limited Edition porcelain plate, published by BLOCK and copyrighted and licensed by the Andy Warhol Foundation (AWF). The plate is numbered on the front 3250 out of 5000.
Thought to be circa 1995, though the exact year is unknown and the box and plate are undated. The plate does not come with the plastic holders (shown for reference only), but is instead held in the original box with plate signature and the original tissue with Warhol's printed signature. The box has some dings and scratches and is in good vintage condition; the ceramic plate is in excellent vintage condition. 

Authorized plate signature (Andy Warhol) and numbered from the limited edition of 5000 in block print on the front of the plate. Bears copyright and other information with label on the verso. (see images).
