Hello Willow, 1997
Monotype on paper
From the estate of Timothy Hunt, sales agent and curator of the Andy Warhol Foundation and the collection of Tama Janowitz and Willow.
27 inches (vertical) x 36 inches (horizontal) x 1 inches
This is a unique work with amazing provenance. Tracey Emin created it for Willow. the daughter of best selling author Tama Janowitz and her husband, the late Tim Hunt, the gallerist (and former agent for the Andy Warhol Foundation). After Tim Hunt passed away, Tama and Willow decided to sell this very special work to help raise funds for Willow to attend nursing school. This work is hand signed and dated 1997. Framed and ready to hang. A one-of-a-kind, very unique and special Tracey Emin monotype. This is a work on paper with die cut holes. Not examined outside of the original frame, but appears to be in very good condition other than some unobtrusive waviness due to Tracey's choice of paper.
An extraordinary one of a kind work
