This is the authorized 1974 reprint of the original poster published on the occasion of Victor Vasarely's 1966 exhibition at the legendary Sidney Janis Gallery in New York. (The poster was first published in the mid Sixties, this work is the stated second edition published in the mid 1970s. Unnumbered, but thought to be published in an edition of 1000.

Very good condition; there might be some handling on the edges which will frame out.
