Rare and elusive early hand made digital print - for hard core Tracy Emin fans. This print is hand signed and dated, and numbered 111. The text “YES!” is adjacent to a colour manipulated image of a bird on a branch wearing a party hat. The work is in excellent condition the yellow color and gradations on the top left is part of the artist's hand made design. This long sold out edition was one of the works offered when Emin International Shop opened in the UK. Shown is a photograph of Tracey posing in front of the shop with prints like this hanging from the wall. The work is pencil signed, numbered and dated and bears the Emin International stamp on the verso.

This long sold out edition was one of the works offered when Emin International Shop opened in the UK. The work is pencil signed, numbered and dated and bears the Emin International stamp on the verso. This is a hand made print, so any imperfections such as the square on the left upper corner are deliberate and part of the design.
The piece utilizes a split-panel presentation typical of Emin's smaller, intimate digital print editions from this period:
The left panel features her characteristic raw, minimal handwriting displaying the word "YES" over a stark exclamation point. Her text often acts as a poetic, direct confession or emotional exclamation.

The right displays a color-manipulated photograph of a bird nesting on a textured tree branch. A small, stylized paper-like crown has been overlaid onto the bird's head, adding a whimsical, regal element to the natural subject matter.
Birds are a recurring motif throughout Emin's confessional, autobiographical practice, frequently utilized to symbolize freedom, hope, and vulnerability.
This work has been framed in a museum quality wood frame under UV plexiglass, with a die cut window in the back to reveal the Emin International stamp.
