This is a beautiful limited edition, long sold out set of four vintage Ab Ex ceramic plates that were authorized by the Estate of Sam Francis and originally sold by the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. They are based on Sam Francis' art works. The plates are in the original box with informational brochure. Each plate is in mint condition, which is most important though the box itself is vintage with time staining, etc. (see photo).  Part of the vintage charm. Makes a lovely gift.
