This is one of a series of portraits of Andy Warhol by Michael Childers, founding photographer of Warhol's Interview and After Dark magazines, taken in his New York studio and Paris from 1976-1980. This work is signed and numbered on the front and framed. It was acquired from the Palm Springs Art Museum, where it was donated by the artist.
