"Louie is a senior rescue dog that I adopted a few years ago.
He is the best little companion. and was a comfort during quarantine.  We enjoyed sitting in the window looking out at our beautiful city.  His tail would wag with excitement if he saw another dog or cat – the inspiration behind Louie in the Window
.”
