Signed in blue ink
This letter is addressed to Paul Amery.
Provenance: From the collection of the late Paul Emery. An early member of the (UACC) Universal Autograph Collectors Club, later opening his own memorabilia business; 'Paul Emery's Hollywood Memorabilia' based in Bristol, UK.
The letter is handwritten and reads as follows:

9 March 1977
Dear Paul,
Thank you for your letter and the interesting photostat of your drawing.

I very much enjoyed talking to you on the telephone recently and I hope that the answers I gave to your intelligent questions are what you needed for your article.

As you can imagine, I am very busy at the moment, preparing for my journey. I will bring you bring you back a catalogue from Japan.
