This unique work has fine provenance as it was acquired from the private collection of Charles Cowles, the legendary art dealer. It is held in its original vintage 1970s metallic frame to preserve provenance and gallery labels on the back, but can easily be re-framed to the collector's specifications. A terrific piece by the prolific and popular California artist. Bears labels from Charles Cowles Gallery, Baltimore Museum of Art, and Albright-Knox Gallery - also with original 1971 price tag of US 2,500.
