Description

This stunning mid century bowl by Op Art pioneer Richard Anuszkiewicz (protege of Josef Albers) was produced by the Hirshhorn Museum in 1976 in a very limited quantity, and sold out almost immediately. Today, nearly half a century on, these bowls, with the bright orange designed exterior and robin blue interior, are desirable and stunning collectors' items - true design objects for any home. Extremely rare, especially in such fine condition as others on the market often have significant flaws.
