This is a unique painting on paper by the late, renowned painter Emily Mason. Though she is a descendent of John Trumbull and Alice Trumbull Mason, and the wife of more than half a century of the late painter Wolf Kahn. Mason is also a superb painter in her own right known for her poignant lyrical abstractions. This work is held in the original vintage (historic) 1970s frame, with 10th Street framers label, and the original inventory number for the artist's gallery, Landmark Gallery, 469 Broome Street in New York City. Hand signed and dated recto.
