ECRITS ET LITHOGRAPHIES (SIGNED), 1968
Lithograph (SIGNED) - unframed
25 3/4 × 19 3/4 in
65.4 × 50.2 cm
Extremely rare, signed vintage 1960s lithograph for the exhibition "Ecrits et Lithographies" (Writings and Graphics) at the Galerie La Pochade, Paris. This lithograph was published by the legendary Atelier Mourlot, with the printers distinctive blind stamp (see photo) - so it's an example of pure original lithography - not an offset. It is exceptionally inscribed and signed by the artist. Highly collectible when hand signed! We have removed it from the vintage glass frame for safety reasons, so it is now affixed to a black board and ready to be re-framed. It is in excellent condition. A rare and important piece of art historical ephemera.
Signature: Inscribed "Affiche" (poster) and dated, and signed in ink by the artist with his initials. Also bears the distinctive blind stamp of the printer, Michel Casse.
